Beyonc� Knowles headed to her car with the help of a bodyguard in NYC yesterday. She was on trend with brightly painted fingertips, but she didn't take her nail art quite as far as Katy Perry recently did for her new video. Beyonc�'s been lying low on the East Coast with her husband, Jay-Z, though he hit the town without her company earlier this month. He's been busy collaborating with Kanye West on a new album, but he'll soon be back in the studio with another artist since Sade finally agreed to work with the rapper after rejecting the idea last year.
